*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING OR PURCHASING A PACKAGE.

If a cancellation is made & there is no intent to re schedule you will NOT be refunded under any circumstances, A store credit will be offered to use on another package or a rescheduled time/date.

 

WEDDINGS; Once a payment has been made there will be no refund under any circumstance. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A BOOKING.

There is a 3 – 5 month turnaround time for all of your edited photos to be delivered to your private online gallery.

 

The arranged date of the photo shoot may be re scheduled due to poor weather or illness and will be rescheduled at A Forever Moment’s earliest availability and if we cannot agree on an appropriate date/ time and you no longer wish to proceed with your booking YOU WILL NOT BE REFFUNDED under any circumstances, but a store credit will be applied to use when you are ready.

 

If you decide you are not happy with the photos provided by a forever moment there will be no refund. please do your research before choosing A forever moment as your photographer.

 

If time exceeds the agreed time frame further than 15 minutes a invoice will be sent with your photos.

 

Vouchers can not be exchanged for a cash refund.

 

A date can not be booked until a 50% deposit has been paid. Full payment is due 1 week prior to your scheduled booking.

 

You can not transfer a deposit to someone else's booking if you no longer want it.

 

Travel charges may apply to your booking. A quote should be provided before booing.

 

Proceeding with this booking indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
