Refund policy

*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING OR PURCHASING A PACKAGE.

If a cancellation is made & there is no intent to re schedule you will NOT be refunded under any circumstances, A store credit will be offered to use on another package or a rescheduled time/date.

WEDDINGS; Once a payment has been made there will be no refund under any circumstance unless AFM is the one to cancell due to Covid or other illness, then a full refund will be mqde within 3 months of cancellation date.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A BOOKING.

If you decide you are not happy with the photos provided by a forever moment there will be no refund. please do your research before choosing A forever moment as your photographer.

Vouchers can not be exchanged for a cash refund.
